A:  No.  We use special fine point permanent markers that are designed just for personalizing ornaments.
Q:  How long should I expect shipping to take?
A:  We are shipping from Louisville, Kentucky.  Average time for USPS First Class Mail is generally 2-4 business days.  This can become longer as it gets closer to the Christmas/Holiday Season.
Q:  How can I tell how many characters I can fit into the space that is to be personalized?
A:  Most names we can fit easily into areas.  If we have issues fitting your personalization requests into the allotted spaces then we will contact you; however, this is very very rarely the case.
